Racist leaves fried chicken in black students' mailboxes

NOTRE DAME, Ind. -- Notre Dame police are investigating a disturbing case of harassment!

The university said someone has been putting fried chicken parts in the mailboxes of The Black Students Association and The African Students Association.

We checked with the university. Right now, officials don't know who is involved.

We were told that the Office of Student Affairs is working closely with the two student organizations.

We obtained a copy of a letter the university sent out to students and employees last week.

It said, "These acts of harassment are a clear violation of university policy, unacceptable in every way and will not be tolerated on our campus.”
