Prepare for a rocky Tuesday morning commute as slushy snow and wintry mix moves through Michiana. The bulk of the rain/snow starts moving in from the southwest around 6am, South Bend will likely start seeing snowflakes closer to 7am. Any accumulation won't amount to very much and won't stick around long with temperatures warming into the upper 30's later today. Rain/snow wraps up during the early afternoon, skies stay cloudy the rest of the day. Most of tonight remains mainly dry, but lake effect snow showers are possible, especially early tomorrow morning. The rest of Wednesday should be dry and mostly cloudy, temperatures stay near 40. Thursday brings a big change to the forecast - temperatures jump to 50 with sunshine returning to our skies. Weather stays fair and mild through the end of the week, but rain returns Saturday with rain/snow taking over the weekend.
Today: Rain/snow showers. High 38.
Tonight: Lake effect snow showers late. Low 30.
Wednesday: Mostly cloudy. High 40.
Thursday: Mostly sunny. High 50.
