ABC57 First Warning Neighborhood Weather Forecast
Sunday, October 29, 2023
After quite the crummy weather day across Michiana, more rain showers are possible overnight into early Monday morning. Temperatures will fall into the upper 30s overnight. Showers should end by lunchtime Monday, and clouds begin to clear by tomorrow afternoon. Highs will only make it into the low 40s. However, with mostly clear skies Monday night, Michiana's first hard freeze is likely Tuesday morning as lows tumble into the 20s. That won't be the only taste of winter on Halloween, however. Snow showers (likely mixed with rain at times) will arrive by trick-or-treating time in the afternoon and early evening. Flurries and snow showers will continue into Wednesday morning. Some grassy spots might pick up a coating of snow, but otherwise, no accumulation is expected. We'll be a lot more fall-like by the second half of the week, with highs returning to the 50s by the weekend.
Tonight: Showers and chilly. Low 38.
Tomorrow: Mostly cloudy early, then skies clear. A few flurries are possible early. High 42.
Tuesday (Halloween): A hard freeze is likely in the morning. Then, partly cloudy with rain/snow showers developing during the afternoon. High 38.
Wednesday: Partly sunny. High 42.
