Rain didn't stop Notre Dame game

SOUTH BEND, IN--Once fans leave the stadium they can't get back in, so fans said they are happy the Fighting Irish had such a big lead when the rain hit. The rain held off all the way until the third quarter.

Luckily, the threat of rain was brewing all day and some fans were prepared with ponchos in hand.

"It was wet and cold and heavy," said Lori Scott.

Many fans were happy the rain held off all the way through tailgate time and the entire first half.

The game did not have any delays and the rain only lasted a little bit of time.
