Tonight, temperatures will remain warm with thunderstorms developing after midnight. Temperatures will fall into the lower 50s to start Thursday. Multiple rounds of storms are likely on Thursday. A few storms could be strong to severe and could contain gusty winds and small hail. Rainfall could top one inch in spots by Friday morning. Rain looks to end earlier than in previous forecasts, with most of Friday staying dry for Michiana. Temperatures will still struggle to get very far into the 50s on Friday. It will be milder and breezy on Saturday, with highs making a run at 60 degrees. Temperatures will be much cooler to start next week and could even fall into the 30s on Monday. A few rain and snow showers are possible on Sunday before lake effect snow arrives on Monday. Minor snow accumulations are possible.
