ABC First Warning Neighborhood Weather Forecast
Sunday, March 6, 2022
Skies will be cloudy this evening before rain and snow moves in overnight across Michiana. Temperatures will fall into the middle 30s to start off Monday. Plan for extra time on the commute first thing Monday. Snow showers will be falling Monday morning, with some scattered lake-effect snow showers possible Monday afternoon. One to two inches of accumulation is possible north and west of South Bend, with closer to a half an inch for the rest of Michiana by Monday night. High temperatures bounce back quicky, however, with highs back in the 40s with sunshine Tuesday and Wednesday. We'll be near 50 Thursday before our next round of precipitation moves in Thursday night. Rain and snow showers are possible Friday before things changeover to all snow Friday night into early Saturday. This is our most likely time of accumulating snow. Next weekend looks chilly, but the cold doesn't look to last too long.
Tonight: Rain/snow after midnight, changing to all snow by morning commute. Low 34.
Tomorrow: Snow showers, mainly in the morning. Temperatures nearly steady in the mid-30s.
Tuesday: Mostly sunny. High 42.
Wednesday: More sunshine. High 44.
