Rain, storms and no sign of above normal temps

NOW: Rain, storms and no sign of above normal temps

Wednesday, May 8th, 2019

Rain and perhaps a few storms will move in tonight and last into Thursday morning. A chance of scattered showers and storms will linger thru roughly 6 p.m. Thursday. It will be breezy with highs pushing 70° or so.

A cold front will bring much cooler conditions for Friday with sunshine by late afternoon. Highs struggle to get above 50°. Temps moderate a bit for Mother’s Day weekend in the lower 60s, but there will be more clouds than sun and a slight shower chance Sunday.

Overall, next week looks near or just below normal in the 60s with a small rain chance late Tuesday into Wednesday. Otherwise, the rain risk beyond Mother’s Day is quite low.

Tonight: Rain and thunder late, breezy, low of 58.

Thursday: Scattered showers and thunderstorms possible, breezy, high of 72.

Friday: Late day sun possible, much cooler, high of 53.

Saturday: More clouds than sun, high of 61.
