The early morning hours are mild and quiet out the door until ~7 AM when showers and storms will be entering our forecast area's western flank. While no severe weather is expected, there may be a few downpours and strong wind gusts periodically up until 9-10 AM. The rest of the day is partly cloudy with highs still reaching the mid 70s later this afternoon. Tonight, lows only fall into the 50s amidst mostly clear skies and calm conditions. Michiana will see abundant sunshine and hit the 80 degree mark tomorrow courtesy of upper-level ridging. Friday marks the beginning of cooler and rainier period as low pressure is expected to bring in another round of showers and storms amidst a passing cold front. The weekend is trending in sunny direction with highs in the 60s across most of the area.
