Soaking rainfall starts early Thursday morning and lasts through the first half of Friday. Rain will be heavy at times, more than an inch of rainfall is likely, upwards of two inches is possible through Friday midday. There is the concern for minor flooding, mostly river and low land flooding. April is running a half inch to one-and-half inches of rainfall above normal, for the month. The end of the week is wet, cool and windy, wind gusts of 30 to 40 mph are likely Thursday and Friday. The weekend is fair and warming, 60s, 70s and possibly hitting 80 degrees on Monday.
