Grab a large coffee and your umbrella this Monday morning—the work week is off to a rainy start.

In total today, we’ll pick up around half an inch of much needed rain. There could be a few periods of moderate to heavy downpours before noon.

Later this afternoon and early evening, showers become more isolated.

Skies are overcast with some clouds clearing overnight. Because of the cold front, temperatures won’t warm much. We’ll start with the low 50s this morning, climbing to a high of just 62 this afternoon.
Tuesday looks mostly dry, although a stray shower can’t be ruled out. Wednesday and Thursday have better chances for rain as another cold front reaches Michiana. Daytime highs Tuesday and Wednesday are in the 60s, then dip into the mid 50s Thursday through the weekend.
Today: Rainy morning. Isolated afternoon showers. High 62.
Tonight: Showers early. Mostly to partly cloudy. Low 40.
Tuesday: Partly cloudy, slight chance for a shower. High 64.
Wednesday: Partly cloudy. PM showers. High 66.
