Rainy, windy, then temperature crash

Temperatures warm near 50 degrees Thursday afternoon, rainy and windy before temperatures crash into Friday morning. The concern is for a flash freeze, at temps fall from the 40s to the 20s is less than eight hours, lows Friday morning will be in the teens. Anything wet will freeze, the benefit of the wind could be to dry roadways before a flash freeze happens. There could also be a few snow showers Friday morning.  The concern is for slick roads, Friday morning. After Friday, the weather is quiet, with highs most above freezing. One of the warmest days this month will be Christmas Day, with highs back near 50 degrees.
