Ram on the loose in Iowa

DES MOINES, Iowa. -- Folks driving through downtown Des Moines this Friday morning were in for a crazy sight
Police chasing a ram.
Officers tried surrounding the animal with police cars but it just kept on moving.
The chase ended at the capitol building.
The animal belongs to a homeowner who was keeping the animal for a friend.
