SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Venues, Parks, & Arts are bringing back the Ray Comer Pickleball Classic in honor of Ray Comer.

Comer is known as the 'founding father" of pickleball in Michiana.

The event will be held on July 25, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Boehm Park Ray Comer Courts.

The tournament will be seeing a new format with "Dink Your Way to the Top," players will compete in fast paced round-robin matches, moving up or down courts based on results.

The top court will win bradding rights and prizes.
