SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The South Bend Fire Department had several recruits graduate Friday, June 2nd after they completed their training.
Ten recruits all from South Bend, La Porte, and Michigan City spent the last 21 weeks going through extensive training in order to achieve this tremendous goal.
The South Bend Fire Department is better equipped due to the graduates and the decision to make some new hires.
