Red Cross opens two shelters for those affected by Knox flooding

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The American Red Cross opened two shelters for Knox residents affected by the rising waters of the Yellow River.
Shelter locations:
- Plymouth High School
- Big Red Drive
- Plymouth and Knox Community Schools
- Redskin Trail
