South Bend Record Show wraps up final show
ST. JOSEPH, Mich. -- Incumbent U.S. Rep. Fred Upton beat state Rep. Jon Hoadley in the race for Michigan’s sixth district congressional seat.
Michigan’s sixth district includes Berrien, Cass, St. Joseph, Van Buren and Kalamazoo counties, as well as most of Allegan County.
The Associated Press declared Upton the winner just after 4:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Rep. Upton joined ABC57 Wednesday morning to discuss his win and what he hopes to accomplish in his next term.
