Report: Bank and ATM fees on the rise

Watch out for rising bank fees.
A new survey from MoneyRates.com finds more banks are increasing monthly service fees to ATM and overdraft fees and that's not all.
The requirements to avoid monthly service fees are getting harder to meet.
The survey found the average minimum balance needed to avoid fees jumped from about $850 to nearly $4,500.
