SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Residents at Castle Point Apartments in South Bend are expressing concern over two fires that took place in less than a month.
A five-year resident of the complex said she never knew of any fires at the apartment before this month.
It was her son who said he smelled something funny that alerted her to the fire.
Management at Castle Point did not respond to ABC57’s requests for comment on residents’ fire safety concerns.
