Restrictions in place on US-31

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- US-31 is down to one lane in each direction between Kern Road and US0-20 bypass.
Johnson Road is also closed at US-31 between Main and St. Joseph streets.
The closures are expected to last through summer.
INDOT says it is all part of the new US-31 project.
