Revised Landlord Registration Website launched

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The City of South bend launched their revised online landlord registration website. The website will allow landlords to register their properties online easier.

The Landlord Registration is used to keep rental property information up-to-date in the City of South Bend.

Landlords are required to register residential and /r multi-unit rental properties that they don’t personally occupy annually.

The deadline for the landlords to register their properties each year is September 1. The registration fee is $5 per owner.

“Ensuring that we have the latest information on rental properties in the City helps Code Enforcement better communicate with landlords,” Head of Neighborhoods Pam Meyer said.
