SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A ribbon cutting for a new set of luxury condos, offering amenities perfect for anyone from working professionals to families, takes place today.
The condos consist of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units, with in suite bathrooms for each bedroom.
Amenities include secure parking, indoor bike storage, high speed internet and a rooftop deck complete with a community kitchen.
Some people have already moved into Brennan’s View, but there are still a few units available ahead of today’s event.
Steven Smith, Broker and Owner at Irish Realty says, “a lot of people have really been excited about that condo lifestyle, maintenance free living.”
The ribbon cutting will signal the completion of 35 new condo units just steps away from Eddy Street Commons and close to Notre Dame’s campus.
Some residents have already moved in, but there are still 10 more condos for sale through Irish Realty.
The condos arrive at a time when many in South Bend have been raising concerns about housing.
You may remember the South Bend 2023 city budget was approved on Monday night, and housing was one of the topics South Bend neighbors weighed in on.
The ribbon cutting takes place at Brennan’s View at 1:30p.m. this afternoon.
