UPDATE: S.R. 23 traffic back open following two-vehicle crash at Douglas Road intersection

UPDATE: S.R. 23 has been cleared, and traffic is now moving regularly as of 2:15 p.m.
SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A two-vehicle crash at the intersection of S.R. 23 and Douglas Road around 1:15 p.m. Wednesday caused a traffic disruption, and police soon responded.
At least two South Bend Police Department squad cars were on scene with officers speaking with the drivers involved.
A witness told ABC57 News they saw the occupants of the black sedan involved in the crash begin to yell at the driver of the white vehicle immediately after the crash.
An ambulance did respond to the scene, leaving soon after, although there is currently no info on possible injuries.
Traffic was still backed up on S.R. 23 at Douglas as of 1:55 p.m.
