Rochester man rescued from submerged vehicle

FULTON COUNTY, Ind. -- A Rochester man was rescued from the roof of his vehicle that was submerged in the Tippecanoe River in Fulton County Wednesday.
The vehicle went into the water near the Menominee Public Access Site.
The Fulton County Sheriff's Department is investigating how the vehicle ended up in the water.
The sole occupant of the vehicle, Joshua Sexton, was rescued uninjured.
