Motorcyclist seriously injured in collision with automobile
ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. – A vehicle that collided with a parked vehicle caught fire early Monday morning.
South Bend Police said just after 3:30 a.m. a vehicle struck a parked vehicle, then caught fire.
It happened in the 800 block of W. Indiana Avenue.
Police said the parked vehicle was knocked onto its side.
Firefighters responded to the scene to extinguish the fire.
Both vehicles were unoccupied when police arrived on scene. They have no information about the driver of the vehicle that caught fire.
No injuries were reported and the incident remains under investigation.
