Roseanne Barr performing in Elkhart in May

ELKHART — The Lerner Theatre has announced Roseanne Barr will perform on Friday, May 17.
The comic was recently written off the show she helped to create after tweeting racist comments.
Tickets to the show at the Lerner will go on sale Friday, November 16 at 10 a.m.. There will also be a pre-sale on Thursday, November 15 at 10 a.m.
According to a Facebook post on the Lerner's page, Elkhart is just one of a handful of select cities chosen for a North American tour for the comic.
There's already been some backlash concerning the announcement, with some people saying they will refuse to support the Lerner because it has agreed to host Barr.
