Thousands without power due to high wind gusts
The we weather returns, starting Friday morning. Rounds of rain will persist through the weekend. Rain Friday is not expected to be heavy. There a likely break in the rain Friday night thorugh the first half of Saturday, then more frequent and heavier showers are likely Saturday afternoon through Sunday. Rain becomes lighter and less frequent Monday and could last through Tuesday morning. Temperatures reman on the cooler side of normal to start May.
