Rudy returns to Notre Dame

NOTRE DAME, Ind. -- Rudy Ruettiger, famous for the movie "Rudy" based on his life, was on campus Saturday, signing his brand new book called Rudy: My Story.

The book is all about hope and how you can achieve anything in life if you put your mind to it.

The book also includes a behind the scenes look at his movie as well.

He was pretty pumped about being on campus for the big game.

"You look at Michigan last year, we should've won, right?  It's a little different this year, we have a different attitude I think.  Well, what do I know about football? I only played 27 seconds so I don't know that much, but I do know they have a better attitude," said Rudy.

If you missed Rudy, don't worry.

He'll be at the bookstore in Eddy Street Commons Sunday at 9:00 a.m.

And it wasn't just the "real" Rudy we found, but the fake one too.

Sean Astin, the star actor in the movie "Rudy" has been around campus this whole weekend.

He has been appearing at different area football games, pep rallies and even autograph signings.

We caught up with him Friday night at Holy Cross where he received an honorary degree.
