Rules committee recommends censure for Henry Davis Jr

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- During the South Bend Common Council Rules Committee meeting Monday, members voted to recommend censure of Henry Davis Jr for six months for the controversial post he made on his Facebook page.
Davis would not be allowed to chair any committees during the 6 months, but will remain a voting member of the council.
Council member Dr. Fred Ferlic made the motion and member Valerie Schey seconded.
