SOUTH BEND, Ind.-A ruling is possible today in the case that could delay construction on part of the new St. Joseph's High School.
Wednesday, a U.S. District Court judge heard arguments over the piece of land where the Family Dollar is that would serve as the school's athletic complex. The city bought it for just over a million dollars and gave it to the school.
The A.C.L.U. says the move violates the separation of church and state.
