Sandusky defense trying to dismantle prosecution's case

BELLAFONTE, Pa. -- The defense team in the Jerry Sandusky trial is trying to dismantle the case against their client.

The defense is calling character witnesses who said that the former Penn State assistant football coach was known for helping kids, but have not refuted the damaging testimony from several young accusers.

The defense tried to discredit the victims' testimony.

A former neighbor of one of the accusers said she heard him and his mother talking about how they're going to rich off the trial.
