Sandusky victim plans to sue university

PENNSYLVANIA -- One of Jerry Sandusky's former victims has identified himself to attorneys and now now plans to sue the university.
The man was the victim who was seen being sexually assaulted by Sandusky at the Penn State showers in 2011.
Four attorneys will now represent the man claiming to be victim number 2.
His name is not being released to the public.
