Sunny skies and warmer highs: quiet weather ahead
Thunderstorms, containing heavy rain, will continue through the overnight hours and into the morning Saturday, with rain coming to an end by noon. Flooding could become a problem by the afternoon. Most of us will be dry for the rest of the afternoon as highs climb into the mid 80s. Sunday looks much drier with partly sunny skies and only a slight chance of a pop-up shower or storm in the afternoon.
The work week starts off dry and cool with highs Monday dipping down into the upper 70s. Tuesday and Wednesday are a little warmer with another chance for passing showers/storms coming Wednesday night and Thursday morning.
Saturday: Storms in the morning, then mostly cloudy for the afternoon. High of 86.
Tonight: Partly to mostly cloudy skies. Low of 70.
Sunday: Partly sunny with a slight chance of an afternoon shower/storm. Highs in the mid-80s.
Monday: Partly sunny. Highs in the upper 70s.
