SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The South Bend Community Community School Board of Trustees says it will start recording its closed door meetings.
The decision comes on the heels of a dispute between Board Vice President Bill Sniadecki and President Roger Parent. Sniadecki says the board used private sessions to discuss "inappropriate topics" behind closed doors.
