SBPD: Former judge caught driving drunk

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A former judge who is currently an attorney is in hot water.

Police say he was drunk during a crash earlier this week.

In a South Bend police report officers say Paul Stanko hit a parked car on Marquette Street.

It happened on June 4 around 3 in the afternoon. After being taken to jail, Stanko blew a .23. He used to sit on the bench in Lake County. Now he actually defends DUI suspects.
