WEST BLOOMFIELD, Mich. -- In Michigan a school district is reopening after it was shut down, because kids couldn't get to class.
Vandals got a hold of the buses leaving them badly damaged. West Bloomfield Police say fuses were pulled from the buses, then scattered on the ground.
