Sears and K-Mart struggling to attract shoppers, 120 stores to close

UNITED STATES -- Up to 120 Sears and K-Mart stores are on the chopping block.
Sears Holdings Corporation announced on Tuesday that they are simply struggling to attract shoppers.
Sales for the 4th quarter are down more than 5-percent over last year.
The company has not announced which locations will close. We will keep you updated on any closings we discover in the Michiana area.
