See what was cooking at the #100MenWhoCook event

ELKHART, Ind. -- On Saturday 100 Michiana men from all professions gathered to show off their kitchen skills and help out with a good cause.

The annual 100 Men Who Cook event raises money for The Boys and Girls Club of Elkhart.

Chefs from all over the area including ABC 57's Chief Meteorologist Tom Coomes whipped up their best recipes to try and collect the most tips.

Unlike usual cooking contests, the chef with the best meal was chosen based on the most tips was crowned 'Top Chef' and earned bragging rights until next years event.

Participants say it is a great way to bring the community together and help a good cause.

Over the last two years more than $400,000 has been raised for the before and after school programs for The Boys and Girls Club of Elkhart.
