Senator Joe Donnelly tours flooded areas in South Bend

Senator Joe Donnelly, D-Ind., toured flood affected areas of South Bend Friday afternoon, along with local leaders including Mayor Pete Buttigieg, St. Joseph County EMA Director John Antonucci and IUSB Chancellor Terry Allison.
