Sentencing delayed for teen in Niles 'sextortion' case

NILES, Mich. -- Sentencing for one of the teens in the Niles "sextortion" case has been delayed again.
Leon Murphy was originally supposed to be in court on Monday morning. Now, he is set to go before a judge on Dec. 19.
Murphy is one of five teens accused of blackmailing a girl into sex.
The last defendant in the case -- Martell Miller -- goes to trial next week.
