Serious injury crash in South Bend Sunday

Saint Joseph County Police responded to an accident resulting in serious injuries Sunday.

The accident happened on Roosevelt Road just off of Miami Road in South Bend Sunday afternoon.

Police say a male driver was traveling at a high rate of speed at the time of the crash.

The driver was taken to Memorial Hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
