Several units respond to dog in icy water at Pinhook Park

South Bend Police, Fire and Medics all responded to the scene of a dog into icy water.

The dog fell in at Pinhook Park in the 2800 block of Riverside Drive in South Bend.

The call went out around 4:57 p.m.

The dog was rescued a short time later when authorities say a firefighter was able to rescue the dog from the water with the help of crews.
