Sex offender to wear neon sign

PETERSBURG, Ind. -- A convicted Indiana sex offender will have to admit he bought alcohol for a minor in a very public way. In front of the Pike County courthouse in Petersburg, Larry Bass will have to wear a neon sign for one hour.

The sign reads: "Registered sex offender who bought alcohol for kids!"

Bass was convicted in 2010 of child molestation and was sentenced to five years. But after his release, he was arrested for buying vodka for a 14-year-old.
