Woman injured in shooting on La Porte Avenue

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- South Bend Police are investigating a shooting that happened in the 500 block of La Porte Avenue.
The person who was shot called police while in the 600 block of W. LaSalle Avenue.
The shooting happened just after 2 p.m. Friday.
Police said a woman was shot in the neck, but is stable.
