Scattered showers and a few downpours are likely this evening across Michiana, but the rain should start to wrap up after midnight. Temperatures will fall into the lower 60s overnight. Tomorrow will be another cool and mostly cloudy day, but the sun should start to emerge by the afternoon. Highs will only reach the low 70s. The sun returns Wednesday, as highs return to the 80s. However, there will be a fair amount of wildfire haze in the air. The second half of the work week looks very warm and unsettled, with a chance of showers and thunderstorms for Thursday and Friday. A few showers could linger into Saturday as well.
