Silver Alert declared for Evansville woman

Indiana State Police have issued a regional Silver Alert on Sunday for the disappearance of 19-year-old Aleah Beckerle who is believed to be in danger.  

Police say Beckerle is in need of immediate medical attention as she is severely handicapped and cannot walk or communicate effectively. 

She is described as a black female who is 4 feet 10 inches tall with brown eyes and short brown hair. 

Beckerle was last seen around 9:00 p.m. on Saturday wearing a black t-shirt with the words “Dance Theater” printed on it.  

According to police, the identities of the individuals who removed her from her residence are unknown.

No information was provided about where she may have gone.
