Silver Alert declared for missing 14-year-old

RICHMOND, Ind. – A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared for Courtney Tout, a 14-year-old missing from Richmond.
Tout was last seen on Sunday, October 10 at 7 p.m.
She is described as 5’5”, 120 pounds, with strawberry blonde hair, blue eyes, and a nose piercing.
She is believed to be in extreme danger and may need medical help.
