Morning lake effect snow tapers off during the afternoon. It has left roads slick this morning and snow covered so leave extra travel time. Skies become partly cloudy this afternoon with highs only reaching the upper teens to low 20s.
A snow system moves in Saturday afternoon lasting through midday Sunday. 3-6” of snow is possible mainly north of US-30 but northern Berrien Co. could see 6”+. Travel will be slow for anyone heading out for Super Bowl parties.
Today: Partly cloudy, lake effect snow early, high of 18.
Tonight: Partly to mostly cloudy, low of 14.
Saturday: Snow by the afternoon, high of 32.
Sunday: Snow showers through midday, highs in the upper 20s.
