The media received a preview of the apartments at the Ivy at Berlin Place, just adjacent to Four Winds Field.

Andrew T. Berlin, the owner of the South Bend Cubs, invested over $22 million in the mixed use development.

The complex is on Western Avenue in downtown South Bend.
