NOW: Snowing and flooding impacting roads through Elkhart County

ELKHART, Ind -- The winter storm throughout Michiana makes its way to Elkhart.

Elkhart initially receiving water flooding through certain part of the city.

Later in the afternoon heavy snow began to hit the ground and stick immediately, making the roads slick and visibility low.
