Our first snow of the Fall season has arrived! Expect rain/snow showers to gradually transition to pure snow later this morning with a heavier burst of wintry weather in the early afternoon. Slick roads and low visibility, due to slushy snow and wind gusts of 30-40 mph, are the biggest concerns this morning out the door. Give yourself a few extra minutes of travel time to work or school to let your car warm up. Wind chills will hover in the 20s for most of today, warranting a hat, jacket, and gloves. We see a switch from snow in the early afternoon back to rain this evening with scattered showers lasting through most of Friday. Highs stay contained to the 30s today, but we rise back to the pper 40s tomorrow. Quieter and sunnier weather awaits this weekend.
Today: Rain/snow. High 37.
Tonight: Scattered rain showers. Low 32.
Friday: Showers. High 47.
Saturday: Mostly cloudy. High 46.
